Why doesn’t the thermostatic valve light up when I remove the product's tab?

When you initially remove your new valve’s tab, it should light up.

 

If it doesn’t, please perform the following steps to determine the reason:

  1. Open the thermostatic valve batteries cover (turn the thermostatic valve).
  2. Remove the batteries from the Somfy thermostatic valve io for 1 minute, ensure that they are not damaged and put them back in.
  3. Make sure that the metal flap is properly closed.
  4. Check that the LEDs on the product light up.
  5. If the LEDs do not light up, make sure that new batteries are used by changing the batteries.
