Why does my io/RTS equipment no longer react through my Link Advanced?

Despite the execution of the security scenario, one of your Somfy io / RTS devices no longer reacts.

The equipment is on limit of the radio range.
First, test the radio range via the Somfy Protect application from:

• Menu> My equipment> select the roller shutter for which you wish to carry out a test
• its setting page is displayed, press "Test".
• the roller shutter must make a quick round trip (raise / lower).
   

If the roller shutter does not react, we recommend that you first delete it and try a new pairing via the feature: Add equipment > Roller shutter.
