If your bridge flashes red:
It would appear that the WiFi access key that you have entered is incorrect. Perform the pairing procedure again using your password.
Check that you are using an access point within the frequency of 2.4GHz
Reinitialize your WiFi router by disconnecting the power supply cable and reconnecting it after ten seconds.
You may need to update your WiFi access point or your router’s firmware then change the security settings (Proxy).
If you still encounter problems, please contact the
Somfy hotline.
