In case of low batteries, a safety is applied to the thermostatic valves to keep your hydraulic system open. You shall always have a notification in case of low batteries, with a battery icon on the TaHoma® application and with an icon on your Somfy thermostatic valve, before the batteries are completely emptied.
When the batteries are empty, the product will switch off with the safety function applied to keep your hydraulic system open. Please change your batteries for a return to optimal operation.
Note: if low battery happened during summer, your radiator will not heat as the boiler would not be heating.
