Positioning and installing the keypad Somfy Protect

The Link Advanced must be installed first. It is installed only from the Somfy Protect mobile app.

Positioning suggestion

The keypad can be attached to the wall or placed on a piece of furniture.

If you choose to attach it to the wall, you can use double-sided 3M adhesive (included) or screws (not included).

We recommend placing it at a distance from radio equipment, to prevent interference.

Installation process via the App

1. In the tunnel installation menu, select the keypad
2. Choose where you want to install it: on a piece of furniture or on the wall
3. Choose where to place the keypad (it must be close to the Link Advanced)
4. Remove the battery tab
5. Place the keypad in the desired location (wall or furniture), using the appropriate fasteners or protective pads.
6. Choose a code (must contain 4 to 6 characters)
7. Name your keypad and indicate its location
8. Congratulations, you have installed your keypad
