How to change the account of an already paired TaHoma / Connectivity Kit / Connexoon?

As a new tenant or as new owner of the "house", I would like to know the process to take the lead of my equipment:

  • TaHoma (Switch, DIN-Rail, ...)
  • Connexoon (Access, Window, ...)
  • Connectivity kit

 

 

Process:

  1. Contact your Local Somfy Support: Assistance - Home page
  2. Create your acount via the TaHoma app (App for Android or App for iOS).
  3. Pair the equipment to your account via the app.
