How do I change the siren’s batteries?

You have received a notification indicating that your siren’s batteries are low. It is necessary to change them. The siren takes D (or LR20) batteries.

Procedure

1.Please disarm the system first.

2.Disable the “anti-tamper” setting in the siren’s settings through the Somfy Protect app

3. Open the rear cover of the siren

• N.B.: if you have not disabled the “anti-tamper” setting, the siren will emit a beep and you will receive a notification, which is a normal feature

4.Open the battery compartment and change the batteries

5. Close the siren and put it back in its place

6.If necessary, reactivate the “anti-tamper” setting in the siren’s settings
